What is the normal lead time?

Samples usually take 5 to 10 days. Mass production depends on quantity and structure.

Do you charge a sample fee?

Stock or blank samples may be available. Printed samples usually need a sample or plate fee.

Which file format do you need?

AI, PDF, EPS or editable vector files are preferred, with final dimensions and colors.

How can orders ship?

Express, air, sea or customer-appointed forwarder can be arranged.
